德育是当前阶段素质教育中的重要组成部分,中职院校是培养技术型人才的关键途径,德育教育的实施将直接关系到未来学生的素质和能力发展。因此,在当前阶段,中职班主任一定要重视德育教育,给予学生更多的关怀和帮助,促使教育效果能得到根本性的提升。主要对中职德育班主任关怀教育的心得体会进行了阐述,希望能为中职教育的德育工作开展提供有益的参考。
Moral education is an important part of quality education at the current stage. Vocational colleges are the key ways to cultivate technical talents. The implementation of moral education will directly affect the development of students’ qualities and abilities. Therefore, in the current stage, teachers of secondary vocational schools must attach importance to moral education and give more care and assistance to students so that the educational effect can be fundamentally improved. It mainly expounds the experience of caring for the education of middle school moral education teacher, hoping to provide useful reference for the moral education work of the secondary vocational education.
