目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对于下肢静脉血栓的应用价值。方法回顾性分析80例下肢静脉血栓患者的彩色多普勒超声资料。结果肌肉内静脉及穿静脉血栓4例,浅静脉血栓10例,深静脉血栓66例;急性血栓57例,亚急性血栓12例,慢性血栓11例。管腔内血栓回声是诊断静脉血栓的直接依据,不同分期有各自特点。结论彩色多普勒超声对于诊断下肢静脉血栓具有无创伤性、易推广等优点,其图像能准确地显示下肢静脉血栓,可为临床提供可靠便捷的诊断依据。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of venous thrombosis in patients with color Doppler ultrasound data. Results Intravenous and venous thrombosis in 4 cases, superficial vein thrombosis in 10 cases, deep vein thrombosis in 66 cases; acute thrombosis in 57 cases, subacute thrombosis in 12 cases, chronic thrombus in 11 cases. Intraluminal thrombosis echo is the direct basis for the diagnosis of venous thrombosis, different stages have their own characteristics. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound has the advantages of noninvasive diagnosis, easy dissemination and so on. It can accurately display venous thrombosis of the lower extremities and provide a reliable and convenient basis for diagnosis.
