室内测定了１７种杀菌剂对西瓜枯萎病菌的毒力，其中速保利、ＤＴ、多菌灵对病菌的毒力较强，ＥＣ＿（５０）均在１ｍｓ／ｋｇ以下。通过复配，筛选出９２－４，对西瓜枯萎病菌的ＥＣ＿（５０）为０．４５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，共毒系数为２０６．３６，盆栽和大田防治效果在５０％以上，好于抗枯灵等药剂．据室内盆栽测定，９２－４具有较强的保护和治疗作用，持效期为２５天左右。
