This article uses a paired approach to analyze the intellectual development of a group of (52) febrile seizures (FC) children. The results showed that the majority (90%) of the children with FC had normal IQ (> 70), but there was less IQ in the middle and upper IQ than the matched group The lower middle and lower margins were higher, and the mean IQ was lower than that of the matched group. And found that: With the increase in the frequency of FC, IQ decreased in children with low IQ (<70), the average number of children with FC was significantly higher than other children. Reveal: The effect of febrile seizures on children’s intelligence can not be ignored, and reducing or controlling the recurrence of febrile seizures is particularly important to reduce the child’s intellectual damage.
