汉武帝晚年“巫蛊之祸”发生的主要原因是上下级沟通机制不畅,具体表现为上级领导脱离群众、偏听偏信,下级官员对上级领导蓄意误导和利用。反观当下一些领导干部出现的偏听偏信现象,可从建立有效的上下级信息沟通机制、选拔和培养虚怀若谷、善于听取下属和群众意见的领导干部,以及充分发挥领导干部自省的作用等方面寻求破解之道。
