一、农村小学体育教学的现状农村小学教育特别是村小由于受教学条件制约存在着很多影响教学效果的因素,而小学体育教学更是问题繁多,影响了学生健康身体素质的培养。纵观农村小学体育教学现状,我发现主要存在着以下问题。1.农村师资不足,缺少专业的体育老师。大多数农村学校不能将体育教学放到正确的位置上,村小基本上都是安排一些年龄大、即将退休的教师担任体育教学工作,年龄因素以及繁重的教学任务,使体育课堂基
First, the status quo of rural primary school PE teaching Rural primary education, especially the small village due to teaching conditions, there are many factors that affect the teaching effectiveness, and primary school PE teaching is more than a problem, affecting the students’ health and physical fitness. Throughout the status of rural primary school physical education, I found that there are mainly the following problems. 1. Insufficient rural teachers, lack of professional sports teacher. Most rural schools can not put physical education in the right place. Basically, all rural teachers arrange some older and retiring teachers to take physical education, age and heavy teaching tasks.
