主动网(ActiveNetwork)是一种新型的网络体系结构,与传统网络体系结构相比,其显著特点是,主动网增加了路由器或交换机等网络结点的计算能力,从而为用户提供了方便、灵活的网络服务定制能力。随着网络应用的日益增长和多样化,用户越来越要求网络能够提供灵活的、可扩展的网络服务。该文对主动网体系结构进行了深入的研究,结合当前国际上对主动网技术的研究新动向,重点讨论了主动网的服务定制能力,并提出了今后的发展方向。
ActiveNetwork is a new type of network architecture. Compared with the traditional network architecture, ActiveNetwork is characterized by the fact that an active network increases the computing power of network nodes such as a router or a switch, thereby providing the user with convenience and flexibility Web service customization capabilities. As network applications grow and diversify, users increasingly demand that the network provide flexible and scalable network services. In this paper, the active network architecture is studied in depth. Based on the current international research on active network technology, this paper focuses on the service customization capability of active network and puts forward the future development direction.
