心包积血系危重急症,近年由于B超等影象学发展,诊治上有了提高。本文分析2个医院近10年来我们所见15例。现报道如下。1 临床资料男13例、女2例,年龄28～58岁。病因:引起心包积血的原发病中,肺癌6例,纵隔淋巴肉瘤2例,乳腺癌2例,肝癌2例,胃癌1例,尿毒症1例,原因不明1例,共15例。各例除临床症状体征外,分别经化验、X线、B超或CT及手术
Perinatal hemorrhage is a critical illness, in recent years due to B ultrasound and other imaging development, diagnosis and treatment have improved. This article analyzes the two hospitals in the past 10 years we have seen 15 cases. Report as follows now. 1 clinical data of 13 males and 2 females, aged 28 to 58 years. Etiology: The primary cause of pericardial hemorrhage in 6 cases of lung cancer, mediastinal lymphosarcoma in 2 cases, breast cancer in 2 cases, liver cancer in 2 cases, 1 case of gastric cancer, uremia in 1 case, unexplained in 1 case, a total of 15 cases.
