针对新汶矿业集团各矿十三层煤薄煤层开采单产低、生产成本高、经济效益差,以及由于“三下”压煤,使得滞留煤柱煤量过大,煤炭损失严重等问题,同时,由于大量矸石的排放增加了矿井水平大巷及副井的提升压力,且造成地面污染等原因,山东良庄矿业公司对薄煤层架后安全高效充填开采技术进行研究,更新设计理念,改变落后工艺,利用综采支架后泵送矸石膏体充填的方法,达到高产高效的目的,解放了“三下”压煤难题,延长了矿井服务年限,产生极大的经济和社会效益。
