我国实行新医疗改革后,公立医院的重要性更为突出,而为提升公立医院整体服务水平的提升,人事制度改革必须作为公立医院改革的重点加以考虑,本文通过对医改中人事制度存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了应对措施,以供参考。
