通过区间估计模型将定性与定量分析相结合,确定新疆试验检测计费综合调整系数的调整区间,以新疆试验检测计费标准中的材料部分综合调整系数为研究对象,最后确定新疆试验检测计费标准综合调整系数的调整区间为(0.906 8,1.924),降低了人为制定区间的不确定性所带来的误差,并从相关理论与实践的角度对区间的科学性进行了论证,为新疆试验检测计费标准的基础理论研究提供了科学依据。
Through the interval estimation model, qualitative and quantitative analysis are combined to determine the adjustment interval of testing and charging comprehensive adjustment coefficient in Xinjiang, taking the comprehensive adjustment coefficient of material part in the testing and testing standard of Xinjiang as the research object, and finally the Xinjiang testing and billing The adjustment range of the standard comprehensive adjustment coefficient is (0.906 8,1.924), which reduces the error caused by the uncertainty of the human-made interval and demonstrates the scientificity of the interval from the perspectives of relevant theories and practices. The basic theory of billing standards provides a scientific basis for the study.
