爆炸焊接是以炸药为能源的一种新型焊接方法。它的焊接过程如图1所示。简要地说,就是将两种被焊接的金属板按一定要求放置好,在上金属板(又称复板)的上表面铺一层炸药,复板在爆炸力的脉冲高压下,以每秒数百米的高速向下金属板(又称基板)运动,发生倾斜碰撞,产生喷射,使复板与基板之间的表面进一步洁净,与此同时,在高压下接触,达到焊接。通常,我们将大面积的焊接称为复合。
Explosive welding is a new type of welding method using explosives as energy source. It’s welding process shown in Figure 1.
