印刷所需材料等已转向依靠市场调节,价格更是变幻莫测,增减幅度难定,客观上加大了企业成本管理的难度。同时在实际执行中存在种种人为因素,使原本的成本管理工作很难适应市场经济的需要。不断完善管理制度,外扩市场增加收入,内部挖潜节约开支,成为印刷企业发展的必经之路。
