Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) is a highly efficient osteoinductive substance that is a morphogen with multiple biological functions. It plays an important role in the proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis of cells and the orientation and shaping of the original cells. In recent years, the role of BMP in the occurrence of circulatory system and cardiovascular disease has also attracted people’s attention.
