固体膜对光的吸收系数是一个重要的物理量,布格尔-朗伯(Bouguer-Lambert)定律仅适用于无界面影响的内透射情况。从光的反射和透射谱,运用传递矩阵方法,通过光学常数的计算,可以得到吸收系数的正确值。文中将由此得到的等离子体吡咯聚合膜(双层结构)及其100keVAr+辐照层(三层结构)的吸收系数与由布格尔-朗伯定律直接得到的值进行比较,以了解由界面引起的误差。
The absorption coefficient of light by a solid film is an important physical quantity. The Bouguer-Lambert law applies only to the inner transmission without an interface effect. From the reflection and transmission spectrum of light, using the transfer matrix method, through the calculation of optical constants, you can get the correct value of the absorption coefficient. The absorption coefficient of the thus obtained plasma pyrrole polymerized film (two-layer structure) and its 100 keVAr + irradiation layer (three-layer structure) is compared with the value obtained directly from the Buger-Lambert law to understand the effect of the interface induced error.
