在社会日益走向价值多元的时代,无论单向强制的价值灌输,还是一厢情愿的价值引导,都难以适应儿童自主构建价值观念体系的需要。作为道德教育环境的课堂教学,有必要引领学生展开价值商谈。价值商谈的基本特征是:真正的对话,设身处地的理解,个性化的价值建构。价值商谈中教师是“平等中的首席”,其责任是在发生价值冲突、价值质疑和价值混乱时,加以适时、适当的引领和生成。
In an age where society is increasingly moving towards multiple values, it is difficult to meet the needs of children’s independent construction of a system of values no matter whether one-way coercion of value is imparted or wishful thinking of value guidance.
