最近,西德科学家研制成功一种冰箱真空保鲜盒。把鱼、肉、蛋等食品放在盒内,并从抽气口抽去盒内90%的空气,处于近似真空状态,然后再放在冰箱内。这种真空保鲜盒的显著优点是大大延长食品的保鲜期,约是普通保鲜盒的3倍,而且盒内的食物气味不会扩散,使冰箱无异味。
Recently, the West German scientists successfully developed a refrigerator vacuum crisper. Put the fish, meat, eggs and other food in the box, and extract 90% of the air in the box from the exhaust port, in an approximate vacuum, and then placed in the refrigerator. The obvious advantage of this vacuum crisper is that it greatly prolongs the shelf life of the food, which is about 3 times that of a normal crisper, and the smell of the food in the box will not spread, so that the refrigerator has no peculiar smell.
