目前,县以上各级党政领导班子和领导干部,正在深入开展以“三讲”为主要内容的党性党风教育。努力提高干部队伍素质,己成为当前和今后一个时期压倒一切的一项紧迫政治任务。在这种形势下,办公厅(室)所处的地位和担负的重任决定了:一方面,“三讲”教育中应先走一步,起好带头作用;另一方面,必须加强自身的理论学习,加快知识更新,以跟上时代步代。为此,我们办公厅在“三讲”上主要抓了以下三点:
