本文报告于腹腔镜直视下用石田氏的小网膜切开法作胰腺活检的研究,探讨其实用性和安全性。方法和结果一、动物实验:取体重300g左右的纯系雄豚鼠9只,其中5只在乙醚麻醉下行部分胰切除(约5mm大小),次日再剖腹观察胰腺,并抽血测Ⅰ型弹力蛋白酶和淀粉酶的活性。余4只抽血测以上两酶的活性作为对照。另外用6～8 kg杂种狗5只,麻醉下剖腹观察胰腺后用Olympus附针活检钳(05106)作胰
This paper reports the study of pancreatic biopsy with Ishida’s retinal incision under direct laparoscopy to investigate its practicality and safety. Methods and Results 1. Animal Experiment: Nine pure male guinea pigs with a body weight of about 300 g were obtained. Five of them were partially resected (about 5 mm in size) under ether anesthesia. The pancreas were observed by laparotomy the next day, Protease and amylase activity. More than 4 blood tests the activity of the above two enzymes as a control. In addition, with 6 ~ 8 kg hybrid dogs 5, under anesthesia after the observation of the pancreas with Olympus needle biopsy forceps (05,106) for the pancreas
