由于我国经济实行了多年的计划体制造成企业界普通对商标重视不够造成诸多敝端。近些年来,随经济体制的改革不断深化市场经济得到很大发展同时也促进了我国经济法制的不断完善,使经济活动中每一个主体——企业对自己的诸多权力与义务愈有了细微了解法律意识也日趋成熟。其中经济法所界定出的企业产权已摆在每个企业面前。商标在社会生活中无处不在,它是企业产权一个必要构成成分。为使企业更加清晰地认识这一问题,笔者拟谈谈企业商标与管理的诸多问题。
Due to the fact that China’s economy has implemented a multi-year planning system, the business community has not always paid enough attention to trademarks. In recent years, the continuous deepening of the market economy with the reform of the economic system has greatly promoted the continuous improvement of the economic and legal system in China, and enabled every subject in the economic activity - the company to have a better understanding of its many powers and obligations. Legal awareness is also maturing. Among them, the property rights of enterprises defined in economic law have been placed before every company. Trademarks are omnipresent in social life. It is a necessary component of corporate property rights. In order to make the enterprise more clearly understand this issue, the author intends to talk about many issues of the enterprise’s trademark and management.
