育龄女妇月经周期第5天18甲炔诺酮(LNG)与血浆蛋白结合率为88.5±5.7%,与性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)结合率为10.5±2%,肌注复方18甲炔诺酮注射液后,血浆LNG浓度迅速升高,平均达峰时间为1天,峰浓度为7.7±2.2ng/ml,以后下降,血药浓度一时间曲线符合二室模型,消除相T_(1/2)为6.87±1.8天。与注射前比较,LNG血浆蛋白结合率无明显改变,血浆SHBG含量于用药后逐渐下降,注射后21、29天明显低于用药前的水平,LNG与SHBG的结合率也降低,注射后21、29天与给药前也有显著差异。比较SHBG含量与SHBG结合率的变化,二者间呈正相关。
