本文介绍了带式输送机的新型驱动装置—磁粉可控起动行星减速器的结构特点和工作原理，它为各种动力机（功率范围４５ｋＷ～２００ｋＷ）在重载工况下能直接平稳地起动和运行提供了一种省略柔性连接装置的刚性直接传动装置。现场长期运行结果证明：磁粉可控起动行星减速器设计合理，性能优良，工作可靠。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the new drive device of belt conveyor - the controllable starting planetary reducer of the magnetic powder. It can directly and smoothly start the heavy-duty operating conditions of various power machines (power range 45kW ~ 200kW) Operation provides a rigid direct drive that omits the flexible link. Long-term field operation results show that: magnetic particle controllable planetary reducer design is reasonable, excellent performance, reliable work.
