中等和高等职业教育的有效衔接是关系到我国职业教育发展的一个重要问题。本文通过对我国有关政策的分析，提出中等和高等职业教育衔接的若干对策：１．积极发展高等职业教育；２．设立高等职业教育预科；３．发展综合性高中；４、探索初中后教育－贯制高职的试点；５．倡导普通高中开展职业预备教育；６．沟通普通高等学校和高等职业学校，并试图找到两者衔接和发展的模式。
The effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education is an important issue that is related to the development of vocational education in our country. Based on the analysis of relevant policies in our country, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education: 1. Actively develop higher vocational education; 2. Establishment of higher vocational education matriculation; 3. Develop a comprehensive high school; 4, explore the post-secondary education - a pilot system of higher vocational education; Advocate general high school to carry out vocational preparatory education; 6. Communication between colleges and vocational colleges, and trying to find a mode of convergence and development between the two.
