本文分析了北京市20年来的人均能耗量与能耗强度,并对产业结构比例和能耗总量进行了回归分析,建立了回归方程。在综合考虑城市建筑热环境参数和能耗环境效益的基础上,提出了评价的指标体系并计算了各部分的权重,得出了最终评价结果。针对评价结果,用Matlab7.0和VC6.0联合编写了综合评价程序,读取Excel文件可实现不同城市的评价过程,增强了该项研究的适用性。
This paper analyzes the per capita energy consumption and energy intensity of Beijing over the past 20 years, and regresses the ratio of industrial structure and total energy consumption, and establishes the regression equation. On the basis of synthetically considering the thermal environment parameters of urban buildings and the environmental benefits of energy consumption, the index system of evaluation is proposed and the weight of each part is calculated, and the final evaluation result is obtained. According to the evaluation results, a comprehensive evaluation program was compiled by using Matlab7.0 and VC6.0. Excel file can be used to evaluate the evaluation process in different cities, which enhances the applicability of the study.
