薄壁小锥度细长管件旋压成形的试验研究,为此类零件的成批生产探索出一种新的行之有效的途径。本文介绍了钢珠旋压的成形原理;讨论了4种成形方案的可行性及适用范围;并介绍了其中3个方案的试验工作;还分析讨论了各种工艺参数的影响。
The experimental research on spinning thin-walled taper tube is a new and effective way for mass production of such parts. In this paper, the forming principle of steel ball spinning is introduced. The feasibility and applicable scope of the four kinds of forming schemes are discussed. The experimental work of the three schemes is introduced. The influence of various process parameters is analyzed and discussed.
