大连市总工会、市安监局日前联合举办企业主要负责人向职代会报告安全生产工作业务培训班,市、区两级安监、工会相关工作人员及市重点企业相关部门负责人等200余人参加学习。前年二季度,市安监局、市总工会创新性地联合出台《企业主要负责人职工代表大会报告安全生产工作的指导意见》。该制度实施一年来,全市各类死亡事故总起数和死亡人数均下降26%。
Dalian Federation of Trade Unions and Municipal Bureau of Safety Supervision jointly organized the principal responsible persons of the enterprises to report to the Workers’ Congress on Safety Training Workshops, safety supervisors at the municipal and district levels, staffs of trade unions and persons in charge of relevant departments of key enterprises in the city. Over the past year since the system was implemented, the total number of all kinds of fatal accidents and death toll in the city dropped by 26%.
