目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后重建技术对肋骨微骨折的诊断价值。方法:2013年1月至2015年6月对高度怀疑肋骨骨折但经X线检查为阴性的70例患者行MSCT检查,采用曲面重建(CPR)及容积再现(VR)再现肋骨图像诊断细微骨折。结果:单纯左侧肋骨骨折40例,单纯右侧肋骨骨折24例,双侧肋骨骨折6例。CPR显示70处(100%),VR显示60处(84.51%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高度怀疑肋骨骨折患者行64排螺旋CT VR和CPR均可较好地发现肋骨微骨折,但CPR显示率更高。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) reconstruction in the treatment of rib fractures. Methods: From January 2013 to June 2015, 70 patients with highly suspected rib fractures but negative X-rays were examined by MSCT. Reconstruction of rib images by surface reconstruction (CPR) and volume rendering (VR) was used to diagnose fine fractures. Results: Simple left rib fracture in 40 cases, simple right rib fracture in 24 cases, bilateral rib fracture in 6 cases. CPR showed 70 (100%), VR showed 60 (84.51%), the difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Rib fractures are best identified with 64-slice spiral CT and CPR in highly skeptical patients with rib fractures, but the rate of CPR is higher.
