很多人把工厂倒闭、劳动者失业归咎为《劳动合同法》的实施。日前,有学者建议,政府可以适当引入小企业豁免机制,以降低小企业的解雇成本,以此削弱《劳动合同法》对就业的不利影响。
Many people blamed the closure of factories and the loss of workers as the implementation of the Labor Contract Law. Recently, some scholars suggested that the government should appropriately introduce a small business exemption mechanism to reduce the cost of firing small businesses, thus weakening the adverse impact of the Labor Contract Law on employment.
