目的:准确判断急性白血病的类型。方法:应用形态学、细胞化学、免疫分型及骨髓病理检查,对500例初发的急性白血病进行综合分析。结果:仅凭形态学能作出诊断的占21.2%(106/500),形态学联合细胞化学能做出正确诊断的占66.2%(331/500),形态学+细胞化学+免疫分型联合应用可对99.2%(496/500)急性白血病作出诊断,结合骨髓病理,可正确判断白血病细胞在骨髓中的分布程度以及骨髓结构的变化。结论:应用形态学、细胞化学、免疫分型及骨髓病理检查进行综合分析判断,对各型急性白血病的诊断是必要的。
Objective: To accurately determine the type of acute leukemia. Methods: The morphology, cytochemistry, immunophenotyping and bone marrow biopsy were used to analyze 500 cases of newly diagnosed acute leukemia. Results: Morphology alone accounted for 21.2% (106/500), morphology combined with cytochemistry correctly diagnosed 66.2% (331/500), morphology + cytochemistry + immunophenotyping combined application 99.2% (496/500) of acute leukemia can be diagnosed, combined with bone marrow pathology, can correctly determine the distribution of leukemia cells in the bone marrow and bone marrow changes in structure. Conclusion: The morphological, cytochemical, immunophenotyping and pathological examination of bone marrow for comprehensive analysis and judgment, the diagnosis of various types of acute leukemia is necessary.
