应用Memetic算法对复合材料层合板的铺层顺序进行优化设计,以层合板的面内几何因子和弯曲因子为优化对象,建立Memetic算法的优化模型。通过遗传算子进化操作,搜索问题的最优解,借助于Memetic算法自身的全局搜索和基于个体的局部搜索进程,扩大了算法的寻优范围,加速了算法的收敛速度。数值算例中给定了层合板的面内几何因子和弯曲因子,应用Memetic算法求解层合板的最佳铺层顺序。并将应用Memetic算法与标准遗传算法得到的优化结果进行了比较,证明了Memetic算法的优越性和实用性。
The Memetic algorithm was used to optimize the lamination order of the composite laminates. The optimization model of the Memetic algorithm was established by taking the in-plane geometry factor and the bending factor of the laminates as optimization objects. Through genetic operator evolutionary operation, the optimal solution of the problem is searched. With the aid of Memetic algorithm’s own global search and individual-based local search process, the optimization range of the algorithm is expanded and the convergence speed of the algorithm is accelerated. Numerical examples give the in-plane geometrical factor and bending factor of the laminate, and use the Memetic algorithm to find the optimal lay-up order of the laminate. The comparison between the Memetic algorithm and the standard genetic algorithm shows that the Memetic algorithm is superior and practical.
