近年来,武汉市财政部门按照中央和省、市财政改革的要求,从本地实际出发,积极创新财政管理制度,努力推进以部门预算为基础,国库集中收付制度为重要内容,包括“收支两条线”和政府采购等改革在内的现代财政管理制度建设,初步建立了武汉公共财政的基本框架,为促进财政规范化和制度化管理奠定了良好的基础。本文主要介绍了近年来武汉市推进财政四项改革的基本情况,并提出了今后进一步深化财政体制改革的思路。
