工程中使用的往复振动机械,如振动筛、振动输送机、比重去石机等,它们的共同特点是,有一个作近似直线往复运动的工作构件——称为往复振动面或往复振动体。由于各种振动机械的性能要求,物料在不同机械的振动面上的运动方式差别很大。我们把物料在振动面上的运动方式,称为振动面的运动体制。本文的目的是分析运动体制与振动面几何参数、运动参数及物料性质之间的关系。
Reciprocating vibration machines used in the project, such as vibrating screens, vibrating conveyors, gravity stone removing machines and the like, have the common feature that there is a working member for approximately linear reciprocating motion - called a reciprocating vibrating surface or a reciprocating vibrating body. Due to the performance requirements of various vibrating machinery, the movement modes of materials on the vibrating surfaces of different machines vary greatly. We put the material in the vibration surface movement, known as the vibration surface movement system. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the system of motion and the geometrical parameters of the vibrating surface, the movement parameters and the properties of the material.
