随着资源开发的不断深化,基层水利管理单位为社会服务的项目不断增多,在逐步扩大水利工程和管理区资源的社会经济效益的过程中,资金来源和资金运用数量将越来越多。而面对基层水管单位财会工作基础十分薄弱的局面,应该引起各级水利部门和财政部门的高度重视。否则,将会严重制约水管单位的经济发展,并给职工思想上和工作上带来很多不利的影响。如何加强基层水利财会管理工作?笔者提出以下几点建议: 1、加强对基层财会工作的领导,配备好财会业务技术人员,是搞好基层水管单位财会工作的前提。各堤防管理段,较大的涵闸排灌站和其他基层管理单位都应配备专职会计。对综合经营企业会计,则应根据经营规模大小来配备,较大的,应明确专职会计;较小的,可
