多年来磁选在高岭土选矿工业中已获大规模的应用,也是在此工业中超导磁选的应用产生了极大的利益。近年来超导磁选已获得若干重大的技术进展。第一台大规格的超导磁选机自1986年5月开始已在美国获得成功的应用,接着,处理量为其两倍的更大装置于1989年进行安装。1989年5月筒体往复运动的新型超导磁选机在粘土工业中进行安装并获得成功的应用。此后若干其它往复式超导磁选机在巴西与德国的高岭土选厂获得了应用。此外,还出现了用超导线圈改装常现高梯度场选机的可能。本文将阐述矿物工业超导磁选机的现状并展望其未来的应用前景。
Over the years magnetic separation in the kaolin beneficiation industry has been large-scale application, but also in this industry, the application of superconducting magnetic separation has generated great benefits. In recent years, superconducting magnetic separation has made some major technological advances. The first large-format superconducting magnetic separator has been successfully used in the United States since May 1986, followed by a larger unit with twice the capacity in 1989. May 1989 Cylindrical body reciprocating motion of the new superconducting magnetic separator in the clay industry for installation and successful application. Several other reciprocating superconducting magnetic separators have since been used in kaolin mills in Brazil and Germany. In addition, there is also the possibility of using superconducting coils to retrofit conventional high-gradient field machines.
