目的:为探讨老年性白内障晶体的脂质过氧化物水平,我们对正常透明晶体和老年性白内障混浊晶体的水溶性荧光物质(WSFS)进行了对比测定。方法:应用荧光光谱法,对40例老年性白内障患者施行囊内冷冻摘除术后晶体和9例透明晶体的WSFS进行了测定。结果:老年性白内障晶体WSFS的相对荧光强度均值为549.147±179.42单位;与透明晶体的相对荧光强度均值(345.165±92.93单位)相比,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:WSFS是脂质过氧化物的代谢产物,其在老年性白内障晶体的异常增高,提示氧化损伤与老年性白内障的发生密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate lipid peroxidation in senile cataract crystals, we compared the water-soluble fluorophores (WSFS) of normal and cataractous opacities. Methods: Forty cases of age-related cataract were enrolled in this study. The total volume of WSFS was calculated by fluorescence spectroscopy. Results: The mean fluorescence intensity of WSFS in senile cataract was 549.147 ± 179.42 units, which was significantly different from that of the transparent crystal (345.165 ± 92.93 units) (P <0.01). Conclusion: WSFS is a metabolite of lipid peroxides, and its abnormal increase in age-related cataract crystals suggests that oxidative damage is closely related to the occurrence of senile cataract.
