维科是学术界较为公认的西方历史哲学创始人,其所写的《新科学》被认为是西方历史哲学的奠基之作。他由西方哲学排斥历史的思维传统中开创了哲学与历史结盟的新思维。维科认为,只有有历史世界才是哲学研究的真正的对象世界。本文试对维科历史哲学的主要思想进行简述,并对他的历史哲学思想中的不足进行评述。
Veken is the most recognized founder of Western philosophy of history in the academic world. Its writing of “new science” is regarded as the foundation stone of western historical philosophy. He pioneered the new thinking of the alliance between philosophy and history from the tradition of thinking that Western philosophy rejected history. Vico believes that only the historic world is the real world of philosophy. This article tries to outline the main ideas of Vico’s philosophy of history and comment on the shortcomings in his philosophy of history.
