涉枪犯罪是对社会危害性极大的一类犯罪。当前形势下,上海作为全国金融中心,涉枪犯罪率却在急剧上升,值得相关部门的引起重视。纵观当前形势下,上海涉枪犯罪的基本特点,从犯罪主体上讲具有主体多样化、集团性等特点;从犯罪行为上讲具有犯罪类型多样性、通过网络贩枪和枪毒同源等特点;从涉案枪支的来源上讲则具有渠道多样化,类型繁杂等特点。因此,公安部门必须加大对涉枪犯罪的惩处,清查收缴社会的流散枪支,加大对枪支运输途径的截留查处,并加大法律宣传力度,彻底清除涉枪犯罪行为。
