《失乐园》是弥尔顿最成功的作品。整部诗作长达万行,分十二卷,是一部寓时代精神于宗教题材的壮丽史诗。《失乐园》取材于《圣经》,中心内容是叙述撒旦反抗上帝,诱惑亚当和夏娃偷食禁果,致使他们被逐出天国乐园的故事《浮士德》是歌德最主要的代表作诗剧以幻想为主,将写实和幻想结合(天上地下、现实古代、人类魔鬼)。使《浮士德》成为既是资产阶级理想的激越颂歌,同时又是当时德国现实生活的深刻概括。两部诗剧均与《圣经·旧约》相联系,基于此,本文将从文学生态视角下对《失乐园》与《浮士德》进行比较研究。
Paradise Lost is Milton’s most successful piece. The entire poem for thousands of lines, divided into twelve volumes, is a splendid epic of the theme of the times in the religious theme. “Lost Paradise” is based on the Bible. Its content is about the story of Satan rebel against God, temptations of Adam and Eve to steal the forbidden fruit and cause them to be expelled from Paradise. Faust is the most important representative of Goethe. The main will be realistic and fantasy combination (heaven and earth, the ancient reality, the human devil). Making Faust the passionate ode to the ideals of the bourgeoisie and at the same time a profound summary of the real life in Germany at the time. Both of these poems are related to Bible Old Testament. Based on this, this thesis will make a comparative study of Lost Paradise and Faust from the perspective of literary ecology.
