兴建大型泵站在我国已蓬勃发展,但如何使其设计合理和运行经济以节约投资和节省能耗则是当前一个很重要的问题,而进行模型试验及其换算又成为完成这项使命的先决条件。本文拟从模型换算的基本理论出发,参照国外推荐的资料,结合我们多次进行水泵装置模型试验的经验,用简明的公式及图表,提出一种较为实用而又易于被忽视的水泵装置性能和提出允许吸上真空高度的换算问题以及管道优化选择的方法,可能对泵站设计和改造工作有所俾益。
The construction of a large pumping station has been booming in our country, but how to make it rational and economical to save investment and save energy is a very important issue at present, and the model test and its conversion have become the prerequisites for accomplishing this mission condition. Based on the basic theory of model conversion and referring to the data recommended by foreign countries, combined with our experience of many pump model tests, this paper proposes a more practical and easily overlooked performance of the pump unit with simple formulas and charts Proposing a conversion that allows suction height to be vacuumed, as well as ways to optimize pipe selection, may be of benefit to pump design and retrofit work.
