目的分析eIF4E和4EBPS在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测45例乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织中eIF4E和4EBPS的表达。结果 eIF4E在正常乳腺组织中的阳性表达率为22.22%,在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为84.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。eIF4E表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移具有明显关系(P﹤0.05)。在正常乳腺组织中,4EBPS的阳性表达率约为95.60%,而在乳腺癌组织中其阳性率约为31.10%左右,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。4EBPS表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移无关(P﹥0.05)。eIF4E与4EBPS表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.434,P﹤0.05)。结论 eIF4E和4EBPS在乳腺癌组织中的异常表达可能与乳腺癌的发生有关。eIF4E的异常表达可能与乳腺癌的转移有关。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of eIF4E and 4EBPS in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of eIF4E and 4EBPS in 45 cases of breast cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Results The positive expression rate of eIF4E in normal breast tissue was 22.22% and in breast cancer tissues was 84.44%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a significant relationship between eIF4E expression and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer (P <0.05). In normal breast tissue, the positive rate of 4EBPS was about 95.60%, while the positive rate in breast cancer was about 31.10%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of 4EBPS was not associated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer (P> 0.05). There was a negative correlation between eIF4E and 4EBPS expression (r = -0.434, P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of eIF4E and 4EBPS in breast cancer may be related to the occurrence of breast cancer. The abnormal expression of eIF4E may be related to the metastasis of breast cancer.
