为了观察PMRN中皮质纤维的超微结构和突触联系,用溃变电镜技术首次观察了9只损毁感觉运动皮质大鼠PMRN中的溃变终扣。溃变的皮质纤维表现为电子致密型变化。有两种含不同小泡的终扣,含圆形清亮小泡和含混合型小泡终扣。两种终扣均有大(直径>2.0μm)、小(直径0.5~2.0μm)两型。各种终扣与PMRN神经元形成非对称型和对称型轴树突触,偶见对称型轴体突触。结果证明了皮质纤维与PMRN的单突触联系,也表明皮质PMRN纤维可能有侧支和轴突两种投射。
In order to observe the ultrastructure and synaptic connection of cortical fibers in PMRN, we first observed the terminal degeneration of PMRN in 9 rats with sensory-motor cortex by using electron microscopy. Degenerative cortical fibers showed electron density changes. There are two final buckles with different vesicles, round and clear vesicles, and a mixed vesicle finish. Both final buckle are large (diameter> 2.0μm), small (diameter 0.5 ~ 2.0μm) two types. A variety of terminal and PMRN neurons to form asymmetric and symmetrical axis dendrites, occasionally symmetrical axonal synapses. The results demonstrated a single synaptic connection between cortical fibers and PMRN, suggesting that there may be both collateral and axonal projections of the cortical PMRN fibers.
