针对渭化集团甲醇装置氨压缩机组开车过程中出现的超温、超压、超负荷、消耗大等问题,结合长期运行实践,进行原因分析,提出了一定的优化开车运行措施,并根据采取措施前后的实际操作和运行数据进行综合对比分析。采取优化措施后,氨压缩机组开车过程中未出现超温、超压、超负荷问题,开车时间明显缩短,并将氨的消耗降低60%左右,蒸汽消耗降低45%左右,节能效果明显,对装置开车以及企业节能降耗有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
Aiming at the over-temperature, over-pressure, over-load and over-consumption occurred during the driving of the ammonia compressor unit of the methanol plant in Wehua Group, the reasons for the overheating, overpressure, overloading and consumption are proposed in this paper. Based on the long-term operation practice, some measures to optimize driving operation are put forward. Before and after the actual operation and operational data for a comprehensive comparative analysis. After taking optimization measures, the ammonia compressor does not appear over-temperature, overpressure and overload in the driving process, and the driving time is obviously shortened, the ammonia consumption is reduced by about 60% and the steam consumption is reduced by about 45%, the energy saving effect is obvious. Device driving and corporate energy saving have some guidance and reference.
