1982年,马克思逝世一百周年纪念会上,笔者发表《浅谈综观经济学》(见《技术经济与管理现代化》1982年2期),经过几年钻研,又先后出版《综观经济学》、《综观经济学论文集》(广东高等教育出版社1988年和1989年版),引起国内外学术界的关注。《综观经济学》1990年获广东省重大科学技术研究成果奖,在鉴定书指出:“综观经济学的创建,填补了国内外经济理论的空白……对指导实践有显著效益”。现笔者根据综观经济理论,探讨综观调控和发展市场经济两个问题,并向同志们请教。
In 1982, at the commemoration of the centenary of the death of Marx, the author published “Briefing on Economics” (see “Technology Economy and Management Modernization”, 1982, No. 2). After several years of research, he published “Comprehensive Economics” “Comprehensive Economic Proceedings” (Guangdong Higher Education Press 1988 and 1989 Edition), aroused the concern of academics at home and abroad. “Comprehensive Economics” was awarded the “Guangdong Provincial Major Science and Technology Research Achievement Award” in 1990 and pointed out in the appraisal book: “The establishment of comprehensive economics has filled in the blank of domestic and international economic theories ... and has significant benefits for guiding practice.” Now based on a comprehensive overview of economic theory, the author discusses two issues concerning the regulation and control and the development of a market economy and refers them to comrades.
