高等教育肩负着知识的传承与创新的重任,教师是高校第一重要资源,也是重要的人力资源。高校公共英语教师作为高校教师的一部分,具备企业人力资源的特点。研究者在对部分普通高校的公共英语教师进行了大量的调查,并结合人力资源管理相关理论,总结了高校公共英语教师的需要特征、工作特征和个性特征。高校的管理者在进行人力资源管理时,应该综合考虑到高校公共英语教师的特点,以提高管理的效果,实现科学管理。
Higher education shoulders the responsibility of inheriting and innovating knowledge. Teachers are the most important and important human resources in colleges and universities.
