β-转化生长因子(Transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)是许多正常和肿瘤细胞中普遍存在的具有多重功能的重要调节因子。为了探讨TGF-β的结构与功能的关系,我们合成了它的一系列重要片段,并对这些片段的生物活性进行了研究。本文首次报道其a.(93—102)、b.(84—102)和c.(25—38)片段的固相合成和生物活性的初步测定结果:

Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is a ubiquitous and important regulator of multiple functions in many normal and tumor cells. To explore the relationship between the structure and function of TGF-β, we synthesized a series of important fragments and studied the biological activity of these fragments.
