1998年,我院收治了1例16颗恒牙先天缺失患者,并进行了全口覆盖义齿修复,现报告如下.临床资料 患者,女,17岁,因缺失牙齿来我院就诊.患者全身发育良好,面部外形呈“凹”面型.面下1/3距离短1cm,双唇内陷.口内检查,牙列式:.其中体积小,唇面突度大,舌面窝畸形,为锥形牙,体积小,有散在牙间隙,前牙呈现对刃(牙合),大小似乳磨牙,重度磨耗,磨牙关系及咬台紊乱.曲面断层显示,所缺恒牙无恒牙坯.据患者自述,与其父相似,说明有家族遗传史.
