The experimental results of the dynamic simulation of the TCSC device operating in the inductive trimming zone are described. The dynamic stability of the TCSC system is analyzed by Poincare mapping. Theoretical analysis, EMTP numerical simulation and dynamic mode experiments show that the Pitchfork bifurcation occurs in the TCSC system after exceeding a critical firing angle
