2016年12月30日,中国资产评估协会会长耿虹与证监会首席会计师兼会计部主任贾文勤会谈,双方就充分发挥资产评估机构的专业作用、促进资本市场健康发展等进行工作交流。中评协卞荣华副秘书长、韩立英副秘书长等陪同参加了相关活动。耿会长首先对证监会职能部门对评估行业管理和中评协工作给予的大力支持表示衷心感谢。耿会长表示,资产评估具有价值发现和鉴证的专业功能,已成为企业上市、并购重组中的核心环节和主要依据。证监会的监管和指导,对评估行业规范健康发展至关重要。
On December 30, 2016, Geng Hong, president of China Assets Appraisal Association, held a meeting with Jia Wenqin, chief accountant and chief accounting officer of the CSRC. The supervision and guidance of the CSRC are crucial to assessing the healthy development of the industry.
