搞好企业一线工人发展党员工作,对于提高党组织的战斗力、,办好社会主义企业,具有十分重要的意义。近几年,我市各级党组织在这方面做了大量工作,取得了一定成效。但就对市直15家企业的调查情况看,目前企业生产第一线中党员数量严重不足的状况,仍是企业党的建设的一个突出薄弱环节。这15家企业共有党员5510名,其中生产一线工人党员1521名,仅占党员总数的27.6%,现有生产一线班组1906个,其中无党员空白班组987个,占51.8%。
To do a good job in frontline workers in enterprises to develop party members’ work is of great significance to improving the combat effectiveness of the party organizations and running a socialist enterprise well. In recent years, Party organizations at all levels in our city have done a great deal of work in this regard and achieved some success. However, according to the survey conducted by 15 enterprises directly under the Central Government, the current serious shortage of number of Party members in the production line is still a prominent weak link in the construction of the party in business. The 15 companies have a total of 5,510 members, of which 1,521 are workers in frontline workers, accounting for only 27.6% of the total number of party members. There are 1,906 front-line teams in production, of which 987 are non-party members, accounting for 51.8% of the total.
