随着社会对人才的需求量的加大,学校、家庭忽视培养学生思想道德和心里素质的教育,而把学生的成绩作为重中之重。大多数学校偏重抓学生的智力因素的培养,忽略了非智力因素的教育。学生缺乏必要的心理辅导,造成学生心理素质较差,调整心态能力弱,遇到困难容易造成心理障碍的现象,并不同程度的影响了他们的学习、生活和锻炼。研究表明:学生有32%心理健康较差,其中有轻度心理问题的占28%,中度心理问题的占3.9%,重度的占0.1%。体育自身学科特点所决定,有着其他学科不具备的的条件。体育教学既锻炼身体又能使身心得到愉悦,不仅有利于学生身体健康,更有利于学生心理健康和社会的适应能力等方面具有积极的促进作用。体育教学应充分发挥体育锻炼与心理健康教育的特殊功能,努力促进学生健康发展。
With the increasing demand for talent in schools, schools and families neglect to cultivate students’ ideological and moral education and their inner quality education, with the result of students as the top priority. Most schools focus on the cultivation of students’ intellectual factors, ignoring the non-intelligence education. Students lack the necessary psychological counseling, resulting in poor psychological quality of students, students with poor attitude adjustment, difficulties easily lead to psychological disorders, and to varying degrees, affecting their learning, living and exercise. Research shows that students have 32% mental health is poor, of which 28% of mild psychological problems, moderate psychological problems accounted for 3.9%, severe 0.1%. Sports disciplines determine its own characteristics, with other disciplines do not have the conditions. Physical education not only exercises the body but also makes the physical and mental pleasure, which is not only beneficial to the health of students, but also conducive to the mental health of students and the social adaptability. Physical education should give full play to the special functions of physical exercise and mental health education, and strive to promote the healthy development of students.
